Revio uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the businesses and members who rely on the platform.

Access and tenant separation
Revio uses authenticated, role-based access for platform administrators, business owners, administrators, staff, and customers. Business-scoped data operations are checked against the active business context to reduce unauthorized cross-tenant access.
Data protection
Revio uses encrypted HTTPS transport for production services and relies on managed infrastructure controls for stored data. Sensitive integration credentials are encrypted before storage where the integration requires persistent credentials.
Account security
Authentication flows include email verification and password-reset controls. Users should protect their credentials, use trusted devices, and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
Operational safeguards
The service maintains audit and operational records, validates uploaded file types and sizes, limits business-owned storage paths, verifies Wallet requests, and applies authorization checks to administrative and customer operations. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, do not access, change, retain, or disclose other people’s data. Provide a clear description, affected URL or feature, reproduction steps, and potential impact. We will acknowledge and investigate good-faith reports.
