Terms
Revio terms of use
These terms explain the rules for accessing and using Revio. Participating businesses may also provide separate terms for their own loyalty programs.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. Agreement and service provider
These terms are an agreement between you and Revio concerning access to Revio websites, dashboards, customer and staff applications, and related platform services. By creating an account, accepting these terms in an app, signing an order form, or using the services, you agree to the version that applies to your use.
A participating business—not Revio—offers the underlying loyalty program to its customers and may publish separate program terms. Those program terms also apply to points, rewards, eligibility, expiry, and redemptions. If you use Revio for a business, an order form or separate written agreement may add to or override these website terms.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by Revio’s failure to apply required safeguards. Accounts and access rights may not be sold, shared, or transferred without permission.
4. Loyalty programs, points, and rewards
The participating business controls program rules, qualifying actions, point or stamp values, tiers, benefits, reward inventory, expiry, availability, reversals, and redemption decisions. Unless a business’s published rules expressly state otherwise, points, stamps, tiers, and rewards are promotional program benefits rather than money, stored value, property, or a transferable payment instrument.
The business may correct errors and reject or reverse duplicate, fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible activity, subject to applicable consumer law. Questions about a specific reward or program decision should be directed to that business.
5. Business responsibilities
A business using Revio is responsible for lawful program design, accurate public rules, customer notices and permissions, staff access, reward fulfillment, taxes, marketing communications, uploaded content, and responding to members. The business must have all rights and lawful bases needed to provide content and personal data to Revio and must not configure a deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or unfair program.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false receipts, reviews, referrals, check-ins, or other earning evidence.
- Do not automate claims, manipulate balances, exploit program errors, impersonate another person, or access another account.
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer protected portions of, or bypass security controls for the service except where law expressly permits.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, infringing material, or sensitive information that the requested feature does not require.
- Do not use Revio to send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, or harassing communications.
7. Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Revio a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the requested services and satisfy legal obligations. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the content you provide.
8. Revio intellectual property
Revio and its licensors own the platform, software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding user or business content. Subject to these terms and any business agreement, Revio grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.
9. Third-party services
Optional services such as app stores, sign-in providers, Wallet platforms, social integrations, and linked websites are governed by their own terms and availability. Revio is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, content, or decision, but remains responsible for its own obligations when using processors.
10. Fees and business subscriptions
Fees, billing periods, taxes, renewal, usage limits, and cancellation rights for a business subscription are governed by the applicable order form, checkout terms, or written agreement. If no paid order exists, this section does not create a payment obligation.
11. Availability and changes
Revio works to provide a reliable and secure service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve the product, address security risks, comply with law, or reflect third-party platform changes. Material changes that significantly reduce a paid service will be handled under the applicable business agreement and law.
12. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Revio and customer users may delete their account through Account & data. Revio may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, material breach, or protection of users and the service. Where appropriate, Revio will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Account deletion and retention are described in the Privacy policy and Account deletion page. Termination does not erase obligations or rights that by their nature must survive, including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, lawful record retention, disclaimers, and dispute provisions.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revio is provided on an “as available” basis and disclaims implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed. Revio does not guarantee a particular increase in visits, revenue, retention, reviews, or other business outcome. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or another right that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from use of the service. Any additional liability cap for a business customer is stated in its order form or service agreement. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
15. Governing terms and disputes
Any governing law, venue, dispute process, and negotiated remedies stated in an applicable order form or business agreement control. If no separate agreement applies, mandatory law and ordinary conflict-of-law rules determine the available forum. The service operator is established in North Macedonia.
Before filing a formal claim, please contact Revio with a concise description and requested resolution so the parties can try to resolve the issue informally, unless urgent relief or applicable law makes that inappropriate.
16. Changes and contact
Revio may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. The service operator is Revio. Postal address: Skopje, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia.
